This site does currently collects as much information about your use of the site as normally Squarespace does. No analytics programs such as Google Analytics have been connected to it.

Please be aware that we and Squarespace may be independent controllers of some data (“Independently Controlled Data”). Independently Controlled Data includes data related to your interactions with our site such as IP address, device/browser details, web pages visited prior to coming to our site and browsing activity on our Site. Independently Controlled Data may be collected by the Services through an End User’s browser and technologies like cookies. Note that Independently Controlled Data is both Squarespace Controlled PI and User Controlled PI. 

Squarespace is not liable for our relationship with you or how we collect and use personal information about you (even if we collect it from them or using Squarespace functionality or cookies or similar technologies) and Squarespace does not provide use with any legal advice regarding such matters.

If you have filled out a Contact Form on this site, we will keep those records. While we will use the information you provide us to contact you in the short term about services. We may also use that information to contact you in the future about your potential need of our services. If you would like us to remove the information you provided from our records, please send an e-mail to the above address.

We do not sell the information of anyone who interacts with our website. We also do not discuss the identities of people who inquire about our services. We understand the discretion that is needed around services such as ghostwriting. If you require an NDA, it is your responsibility to request that upon initiation of services.

Inquiry Forms are delivered to the owner of The Golden Graph. Website feedback forms are delivered to the UX Researcher and used to help us understand what makes, and what would make, this site helpful for you.

If you have included wording that we would like to use as a testimonial, we will ask your permission before using it.

Filling out an inquiry form does not initiate service delivery. It does inform us that you are interested, but it does not begin a service. Our aim is to reply within 48 hours to inquiries, but we are not legally bound to that.

We reserve the right to not reply to an inquiry.

Payment methods are not currently accepted on this website and we do not request financial information on this website.

Photographs on this site are included by permission of their owners and the licenses that govern the photos. You can’t use them unless you have the same arrangements we do.
